Dan Mucks In!!

In the week when he was made Minister for Rural Affairs and Environment Wansdyke MP Dan Norris fulfilled a long standing promise when he joined Timsbury villagers for a Saturday morning litter pick.

Mr Norris said, “ This is a duty I have always been happy to take part in because we should all do what we can to improve the environment. It is also a good way to bring the community together in a constructive way”.

Parish Council Clerk Derek Hillyard said, “ Dan offered his help many weeks ago and we are delighted that it coincided with his promotion to a ministerial position in government. We are also very pleased with the turnout from the village which should all go to aid our entry into the Village of the Year contest”.
